Arlene graduated with high honors from Columbia Greene Community College. She has an Associates Degree in Applied Science and is licensed by the State of New York to practice Massage Therapy. Included in her training are deep tissue and medical massage, Swedish, Sports and Trigger Point techniques. Arlene also incorporates hot and cold therapy into her treatments.
